The Alliance

Who We Are

Around the world, the Alliance family celebrates Jesus. As one of our own says, “There is no heart He cannot reach, no wound He cannot heal, no bondage He cannot break...” Jesus said He came for the sick, not the well (Mark 2:17), and we’ve experienced His divine restoration. That’s why we’re passionate to take His good news—in word and deed—to those desperate for hope in every segment of our broken world.

Prayer

Join us in praying for our world

This week in Taiwan

Intercede for two interns from the Taiwan Alliance Theological College, who will begin weekend ministries at the Sihhu and Amazing Grace church plants. Pray for these young men to build good relationships within the churches and their communities. Ask God to mold the interns into strong, spiritually healthy future church leaders.

Pray for members of the Taiwan team of international workers as they gather for a retreat with their pastoral care couple, Rev. Duane and Mrs. Karla Mabee (North River C&MA Church, Chattanooga, Tennessee), October 16–18. Pray that the team will be encouraged and challenged by God's Word and enjoy good fellowship with one another.

October 21 is the annual fall business meeting of Taiwan Alliance churches. Intercede for pastors and church leaders as they gather for this important event. Ask God to pour out His blessings on C&MA people in this nation and provide clear direction as they serve Him.
