Dénes House (“Here and Now”) preaches the gospel as the pastor of Trinity Alliance Church near Rochester, New York. In demand as a speaker at retreats and on college campuses, Dénes also teaches preaching at Roberts Wesleyan College. When not working, he enjoys watching Star Trek with his children, playing Settlers of Catan with his wife and snowboarding with his guardian angels.

Jonathan Bouw (“Kidnapped”) lives in Muncie, Indiana, with his wife and three children. He is an Alliance MK and has lived in the Republic of the Philippines, Malaysia, New York and Idaho. He received his MFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. Jonathan is a professional illustrator and current Chair of the Art Department at Taylor University, Upland, Indiana. Jonathan’s first illustrated children’s book, “The Boy, The Kite, & The Wind” written by Al Andrews, was just released and is receiving excellent reviews. His goal is to continue to produce picture books that will impact and benefit children’s charities around the world.

Rick Hemphill (“Mistaken Identity”) logged a lot of pew time as a boy, doodling on bulletins during many a church service. He went on to receive his degree in visual communications from Geneva College in conjunction with the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Rick enjoys illustrating children’s books, sketching and mountain climbing. He currently serves as the director for Communications at the C&MA National Office in Colorado Springs, where he lives with wife, Becky, their three daughters, a few too many animals and his iMac, “Fred.”
