Join the Alliance family as we gather in Orlando, Florida, to celebrate what God is doing in our midst and seek His heart as we move Beyond.

The 2019 Council theme is “Beyond.” I sense the Spirit’s prompting to challenge us to move beyond our current limitations and, more importantly, beyond whatever may be holding us back in our relationship with Jesus. I’m eager to explore together where God is taking us next. One Hotel and Venue Space

Alliance Council 2019 will be held at the Orlando World Center Marriott Hotel and Convention Center. The entire Alliance family will be under one roof for both meetings and lodging. Single occupancy rate: $135/night; double occupancy rate: $145/night.

Venue

The Orlando World Center Marriott Hotel is a self-contained Florida resort.

  • It sits on 200 acres next to Disney Downtown.
  • It is the largest Marriott Hotel in the world with 2,000 rooms.
  • The Cypress Ballroom, where Alliance Council will hold its main sessions, is the largest pillar-free ballroom in the world.
  • The hotel contains full spa and fitness centers, along with the world-class Hawk's Landing Golf Club.
  • There are six swimming pools. The main lagoon pool is the largest in Orlando.
  • There are 10 restaurants* on site.
  • Each room has its own balcony and its own refrigerator.
  • This hotel will also be the site of the C&MA LIFE conference in July 2019.

*There are no other restaurants within walking distance of the hotel property.

Single occupancy rate: $135/night; double occupancy rate: $145/night. Once registered for Council, registrants will receive a confirmation with a link to reserve rooms at the discounted rates. These rates are NOT available to the general public or through online hotel sites.

Parking

If you are lodging at the Marriott the cost for parking is $11 per day with in/out privileges. All other parking is $22 per day, NO in/out privileges.

Simplified Fee for All Delegates

All Alliance Council 2019 attendees must register as either Accredited (voting) or Corresponding (nonvoting) Delegates. The registration fee is the same for both voting and nonvoting delegates.

On-site registration begins 1:00 p.m., Monday, May 27, 2019.

Important: On-site registration for Accredited Delegates will remain open until 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 31, 2019, at the Registration Booth in the Orlando World Center Marriott. Any delegate who wishes to vote in the general election must register by this date and time.

Children under 21 may register at no cost if one or both parents are registered delegates.

Name badges must be displayed when attending Council events. Preregistered attendees may pick up their badges at the registration area upon check-in. Those not preregistered must register on site to obtain badges.

Weekend at Alliance Council 2019

Everyone who attends Council is required to register in some capacity. For those only able to attend on Friday and or Saturday, a special weekend registration rate of $20 has been established. This will allow weekend attendees to sign up for weekend food events and seminars.
