C&MA Direct

C&MA Direct allows you the convenience of having your contributions to The Alliance automatically deducted from your bank account or credit card via electronic funds transfer on a monthly basis.

How It Works

Download the form and mail it to The Christian and Missionary Alliance Attn: Office of Donor Accounting or fax it to 719-599-5894. Your contribution will be deducted from your bank account or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) on the 25th of each month. A monthly record of your gift will appear on your bank or credit card statement and we will send you a tax receipt for the full amount of your donation at the end of the year.

You can change the amount or designation of the gift or cancel the program at any time. Changes and/or cancellations need to be made in writing (or by email) by the 20th of the month in order to apply to the 25th of that month.
