Each project includes related costs (such as bricks and mortar, supplies, etc.). These are called Approved Specials. And in Partnership A, they make up 45% (see below), in Partnership B it is 75% (see below). Sometimes the GCF portion will be larger than the approved special, and other times it will be smaller. It depends on each individual project.

The next portion is the 15% Governance/Administrative fee (this amount never changes). This is needed to ensure that our missionaries will be able to remain on the field.

Finally, each project requires a certain amount of time from the field workers, which is worked into a percentage. In Partnership A this is 39% (see below), in Partnership B it is 10% (see below). This amount comes out of the Great Commission Fund.
