» WHY THE ALLIANCE?
Our work in Latin America began more than a century ago. The church is strong and ready to focus on youth ministries. An increasing number of youth groups need trained Christian leaders to encourage and motivate them to follow Jesus with all their hearts.
-
» WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?
The Browns are an energetic couple that knows the region well. They plan to come alongside national youth workers to train and equip them. They’ll also plan events to provide Alliance youth leaders with guidance and direction. Rich and Elisa hope to partner with youth groups in North America to facilitate exchange programs.
-
» HOW CAN YOUR CHURCH HELP
• Partner fi nancially with Rich and Elisa, enabling them to train more youth leaders to reach the next generation of Latin Americans.
-
• Short-term missions trips, internships, and prayer partnerships.
-
» OUR VISION
With God’s leading and the help of Alliance churches, Rich and Elisa Brown hope to see the number of youth pastors triple during their four-year term and establish an organization that will mentor and serve youth pastors. Also, the Browns plan to link the youth ministries in these three countries: Ecuador, Peru, and Colombia.
