Youth Pastors for Latin America
With more than half the population under the age of 20, Ecuador and Peru have approximately 15 Alliance youth pastors each. There are none in Colombia. With GodÂ’s leading and the help of Alliance churches, the field workers in Latin America hope to see the number of youth pastors triple during their four-year term and establish an organization that will mentor and serve youth pastors. Also, they plan to link the youth ministries in these three countries: Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru.
