Big Sandy Camp and Retreat Center, a year-round facility owned by the Northwestern District of the Christian and Missionary Alliance, is seeking an Executive Director. Located on 130 acres in beautiful northern Minnesota on the shores of Big Sandy lake, approximately 7,000 guests are served each year through youth summer camps and weekend retreats, adult retreats, and family events. Five full-time support staff live on the grounds which feature updated and new facilities. Tremendous support by people and churches in the service area of the camp has allowed Big Sandy to operate debt free for many years. The board is committed to this philosophy in the future.
The ideal candidate is an official worker or layperson who has shown maturity and spiritual leadership and has supervisory experience. The ability to motivate, the possession of effective communication and financial management skills, and a heart to see people come to Christ and grow deeper with Him are needed to lead this organization to the next level of ministry.

Simpson University is currently seeking candidates for Dean of A.W. Tozer Theological Seminary. This is a full-time position, reporting to the Provost of Simpson University. The Dean provides academic and administrative direction and vision for the Seminary. The successful candidate will have an earned doctorate in ministry or a related field, administrative experience, and teaching experience in theological education. The Dean must be willing to be licensed with the Christian and Missionary Alliance, and must agree with the Statement of Faith of Simpson University as well as the Mission and Values of the Seminary. The starting date is August 1, 2009. The search will remain open until a suitable candidate is chosen.
