Update website, calendars, Assist in creating district training & conference materials, Hostess meetings, Create newsletters in MS Publisher, Process accounts receivable checks, Prepare district publications, Hostess meetings
Project Management
Coordinate district initiatives/events/banquets, Manage the file room, Assist with critical assignments and urban ministry initiatives
Qualifications:
- Have good written and oral communication skills
- Good computer skills-Microsoft Office applications, website design, Photoshop, and MS Publisher
- Customer service oriented and ministry minded
