Workers will be members of a team dedicated to a culturally sensitive approach to pioneer church planting, using some form of a “business as mission” strategy.

This is an exciting ministry opportunity to join a team which facilitates the planting of healthy Thai churches in the Bangkok metropolitan area through dynamic partnerships with Thai Christians in existing Thai churches. Churches planting churches in unreached areas is one of the most effective methods for completing Christ’s Great Commission and having a lasting and transforming effect on society. As a member of the Church Planting Partnerships Team, this person should have a strong reliance on God through prayer, be passionate for evangelism through a variety of methods to address felt needs, be committed to discipleship through mentoring relationships, be a coach who trains leaders, and have a love for the local church.

As part of the team, this person would be expected to make a strong contribution in areas of relational outreach, discipleship, and leadership development as core efforts in pioneer planting of a new church.
