Volunteer Operations Finance Assistant-National Office, Colorado

Key Duties:

Provide support to Administrative Assistant relating to Audit Review Committee (ARC) meetings. Responsibilities include:

  1. Maintain a log of audit reports received from districts and supporting organizations
    • Assist in proofreading and distribution of ARC minutes
    • Format and send letters to districts and supporting organizations (from minutes)
    • Assist with arrangements for on-site meetings including assembling notebooks, coordination of meals and breaks
  2. Assist in organizing Assistant Treasurer’s office

    Experience:

    General working knowledge of office equipment

    Requirements:

    • People skills – an encourager and a nurturer
    • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
    • Willingness to learn

    Preferences:

    Proficient in Microsoft Word
