CLA assists in the development of local-church leaders through training that focuses on Great Commission, disciple-making ministry. Our courses encourage the development of leaders who give evidence that they are called to plant and grow healthy Great Commission churches. Our ministerial path provides training for those who are called to the ministry in mid-career, and for those whose first language is not English.

Our Goals

  • To promote leadership training in every Alliance church.
  • To help the local church to equip “God’s people for works of service.”
  • To provide the means for people to hear and respond to God’s call to ministry.

Basic Training Program

The Basic Training program is designed to prepare people in the local church for ministry.

Ministerial Study Program

The Ministerial Study Program has been developed for people unable to train through traditional educational institutions.

Special Training Program

The Special Training programs consists of elective courses designed to give training in specific ministry skills.
