• Reflect the character and priorities of Christ in our ministry relationships.
• Commit to the philosophy that healthy Great Commission churches are characterized by five balanced passions: winning the lost, building the believer, equipping the worker, multiplying the shepherd/leaders and sending the called ones.
• Plant healthy Great Commission churches that are committed to reproducing themselves among under-evangelized, unreached, and responsive peoples worldwide.
• Model and multiply intentional mentoring/coaching relationships.
• Build intentional relationships with those in our sphere of influence who do not know Christ and equip every believer to win the lost.
• Partner with district leadership to identify, encourage, train, and resource key lay, district, and credentialed leaders to do the work.
