Homegoing of Retired Missionary, Edgar H. Lewellen

Rev. Lewellen went to be with the Lord on June 26 at the age of 77. He was leaving for church Sunday morning when he fell and hit his head. He was transported to the hospital where he died of complications due to brain injury. Lewellen and his wife, Ruth, served as missionaries with the C&MA to India from 1952 to 1992. He is survived by his wife, Ruth, and four children: Thomas, Barth, Tedd, and Karis.
