Rev. Willie Neudahl Is Back in the City!

Dawn and I are back in our home in Gretna. Driving in and through New Orleans, you can see the mountains of debris across from the airport and throughout the city. For those people who have been allowed to return to their homes, the reconstruction process has begun. Miles of carpet and broken furniture line the streets in front of homes that were flooded. Mostly what we see is great need—and with this great need comes the opportunity to bring hope to many who are without Christ.
I have been searching for a new facility in which to open our ministry. Over the next few days, I will be driving throughout the Westbank in the Gretna and Harvey areas, as well as in the Algiers, to search for the best building for us. After some initial surveying of the area, two locations stand out as possibilities.
We have been sent and are in the process of receiving additional Bibles and Christian literature. Some computers are on the way. Work teams are to visit Baton Rouge and Gretna to determine the best possible way to help.
Because of limited storage space, we are unable to accept anything except musical instruments and sound equipment. Funds for relief efforts can still be channeled through CAMA, the C&MA’s relief organization.
