A bomb targeting a diplomat’s car was detonated outside the Christian Alliance Institute of Theology (CAIT) building in Beirut. All the windows of the building, which was completed only 18 months ago, were blown in. One Alliance international worker was teaching at the time and sustained some minor injuries from flying glass. Charbel Malak, an Alliance pastor, and two students also sustained injuries. Nobody from the church or CAIT was hurt seriously. All were hospitalized and released. Check Reuters.com to see a clear video of the CAIT building in a story called “Deadly Blast in Beirut.”
