An Alliance church in Thailand has received permission to minister in a government facility for the homeless. Already, three outreach events were held at the shelter with 90 people in attendance, including an Easter service. About 40 people came forward to indicate their interest in knowing more about the Lord. “We had them walk through an empty ‘tomb’ after giving them Christian literature,” said Alliance missionary Debbie Vik, who hopes to see many lives changed through this compassionate outreach. “With government approval, we will now be able to visit the homeless twice a month to share the gospel.”
