More than 100 young people attended a February 25 outdoor concert sponsored by Team Joshua, an Alliance youth outreach in Indonesia. Our youth performed six short dramas, each explaining a different aspect of salvation. Afterwards, we prayed for six young people to receive Jesus.
The following evening at another Team Joshua event, the Holy Spirit was evident. We had 10 first-time visitors. Even though we went past 9 p.m., no one wanted to go home. I led an English-language Bible study from John 15, and a worship dance was performed. What great truths we learned . . .
This week reminded me of why I love Team Joshua so much. Watching the youth minister excites me. This year we are celebrating 25 years of Team Joshua ministries. Praise the Lord with us for His continued blessing on this outreach.
