“We received an incredible report from the Kenedougou region!” writes an international worker, who serves with The Alliance in Burkina Faso (on home assignment at this writing).
“More than 200 people made decisions to follow Christ. Among them were 10 individuals from a predominant West African people group!”
The exciting news was the result of a Burkina National Church Alliance Women Ministries group that conducted an evangelism trip. Based out of Ndorola, the team visited several villages.
“We are so encouraged to see God’s work advancing,” the worker continues. “Especially to see a work opening among this people group that is typically closed to the gospel.”
Pray for:
Those who received Jesus to be incorporated quickly into the nearest church so that they can grow in their faith and start being discipled.
New converts who are being persecuted for their new faith; that they would stand strong and be a powerful testimony to those around them.
“Two pastoral couples who are already stretched to the max in keeping up with the ministries that they have,” the worker concludes.
