The Careys minister mostly to young families and singles. Through unique friendship evangelism outreach efforts that allow Christ and His claims to come to the surface in conversation naturally, the Careys are able to share the good news.

A series of aftershocks rocked Chile yesterday, including a 7.2 magnitude quake that was stronger than the earthquake that devastated Haiti in January. Although the aftershocks triggered a tsunami warning, there were no fatalities, and no Alliance international workers appear to have been injured.

After the devastating earthquake that rocked Chile, conservative estimates report that half a million homes have been destroyed or are unsafe for occupation. People are fearful, hurting, and uncertain. It is imperative that Alliance churches be equipped as soon as possible to minister once again to the needs of their communities.
The Alliance believes wholeheartedly in the power and necessity of prayer. We cannot “Live the Call Together” unless prayer is central to all we do—as a denomination, as churches, and as individuals.
