On the heels of a chilling report from West Africa Alliance Theological Seminary (FATEAC) Dean Isaac Keita Friday (April 8), comes hopeful news. “Laurent Gbagbo, one of two men contesting Côte d’Ivoire’s presidential elections last year, surrendered today (April 11) and was taken into custody,” said Jeter Livingston on Monday.
