Alliance Podcast

Podcasting is a way of delivering digital media files (usually digital audio or video) for playback on a mobile device (such as an iPod ) or personal computer. You can subscribe to a podcast and receive new “episodes” automatically through an RSS feed immediately when they become available.

RSS (or Really Simple Syndication) is a family of web feed formats used to publish frequently updated works—such as blog entries, news headlines, audio, and video—in a standardized format.
