When the C&MA was founded in 1887, the
world was a different place. Unlike today, the flood of visual stimulation
was at a minimum.
Fast-forward to 2005. There are so many choices. So many isolated, hopeless,
and lonely people—people who need the gospel.
As believers in Jesus Christ, we know peace, hope,
and forgiveness of sins. How are we communicating the truth of salvation?
How is our message rising above all others?
We tell them.
We let them know in simple terms. We identify our beliefs and values. We describe
our vision. We unify our communication while maintaining our individual call
and style. We establish a brand identity.
The brand-building tools are intended to be an aid in communicating
the message of Jesus throughout The Alliance and the world. By applying
the brand
to our already proven method of disciplemaking and church planting, we move closer
to our ultimate goal of “bringing back the King.”
As a movement of Great Commission Christians, our call is the same.
Our methods
of living it out are as varied as we are.
Yet, together we continue to build
on the successes
of those who have gone before us,
unified in spirit and call.
