Student Ministry Director Full-Time Community Fellowship Church is looking for an experienced Student Ministry Director to join our staff on a journey to advance the mission of God in our world. CFC is a suburban congregation of 800 located in Lancaster, PA. Modern worship and biblically-based preaching characterize our three worship services. In an effort to make committed followers of Christ, CFC has a strategic plan aimed at advancing a missional mindset while promoting biblical literacy and healthy community. The Student Ministry Director will actively manage and develop the architecture and atmosphere of student ministry based on our church’s vision. CFC believes students are more than an audience—they are agents of God’s mission and capable of expanding His kingdom. If You... • Are a leader of leaders with a proven track record of achievement in student ministry, • Have demonstrated initiative as a mobilizer and trainer of volunteers, and if you are able to thrive in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, • Consider yourself spiritually and emotionally mature, • Possess exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, as well as the attitude of a life-long learner, • Are well-versed in contemporary youth culture, trends, and ministry models, • Have experience in supervising interns and part-time staff, • Can create a strategic growth plan that aligns with the direction of our church, • Have earned a bachelor’s degree.
