Fallen Timbers Community Church (FTCC) was established in 1999 as a Christian and Missionary Alliance church plant of the Great Lakes District and became an official church in 2005. We are located on 35 acres in Waterville Township, Ohio, a fast growing, suburban community southwest of Toledo. In 2008 the church moved from meeting in a local school to a multi-purpose facility with plans for future campus expansion. The building currently has 6,500sq feet of office and classroom space and 7,500sq feet of recreational/worship center space. The church averages approximately 400+ attendees each weekend, made up of a multi-generational, friendly, and caring congregation. We draw from multiple communities covering at least a 30 mile radius and including a broad spectrum of professionals. We have three identical weekend services, one on Saturday evening and two Sunday morning with concurrent engaging children’s ministries, serving children from birth to 6th grade. The youth group averages 50-60 students weekly, meeting on Sunday evenings. FTCC currently has 30+ small groups-meeting throughout the week in the church and in the community. Fallen Timbers Community Church staff include: Worship Director Youth Pastor Children’s Ministry Director Multiple part-time staff --Facilities Managers, Office Administrator, and Small Group Coordinator Pastoral Profile We are currently being led by a transitional pastor while we search for our next senior pastor. We are looking for someone who has been called to the ministry and possesses the following characteristics: *Strongly committed to dynamically preaching and teaching God’s Word. *Ability to cast vision and direction for the church body in ministries, service, leadership and discipleship. *Teach, train and lead the congregation to know and use their God given spiritual gifts. * Ability to engage and mobilize multi-generational ministries. *Expand our footprint of service, outreach and ministry in our community and abroad. *Expand our passion for global evangelism and enhance commitments to C&MA missionaries. *An approachable multi-staff leader and team developer. *A person of integrity who is authentic and able to connect to our congregation and community. *Has a life committed to prayer, spiritual growth and whose love for Jesus is obvious. *Proven and significant experience in Church leadership.
