Position Description: Job Title: Office Manager & Administrative Assistant to the Church Planting Director Full-Time: 40hr/week, Monday – Friday. Possibly one or two Saturdays during the year Compensation: $38,000 – $42,000 depending on experience and education Benefits: 403b, health insurance, PTO according to company policy Qualifications: • A personal relationship with Jesus Christ, active in a local church and in agreement with the Alliance Statement of Faith - See Statement of Faith at www.cmamad.org/statement-of-faith • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Accounting or Finance degree highly desirable • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online a plus • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong written and oral communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • Team-player mentality • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work well with others and exhibit an attitude of service to others • Experience working cross-culturally a plus • Experience supporting busy executives Responsibilities: • Administrative: o Administrative Assistant to the Church Planting Director • Office Administration & Facilities Management: o Purchase and maintain office supply and equipment inventories o Update company calendar o Update office procedures o Coordinate building repairs and maintenance with vendors o Work with current IT company to ensure office computers are up to date o Coordinate yearly office cleanup days o Ensure the office is always organized • Office/HR Management: o Add job opportunities on various company platforms o Yearly budgeting o Oversee bookkeeping services including payroll approval o Supervise and train administrative staff o Employee onboarding, training, and paperwork o Maintain incoming resume database o Generate background Checks o Coordinate annual conferences, committee meetings, and special events o Maintain and update company databases o Maintain and update personnel and other company files Send your cover letter, resum�, and three (3) professional and/or volunteer references to Yenory Orozco at yorozco@cmamad.org.
