Then get ready to “Partner-up,” linking arms with Alliance workers in the Europe/Middle East Region for Kingdom impact. Meet ministry team members and learn about their vision. Following pre-trip coaching and prayer with your leadership team, you will narrow your partnership selection and visit down to two countries from among the following: Spain, France, Germany, Russia, Bosnia, Kosovo, Israel, or selected options in the Arab Lands. Our group will travel to Frankfurt, Germany together then disperse in smaller teams to interact and encounter ministry and vision with Alliance workers and national believers, discovering firsthand how we can join in and make a difference. Following our field visits we will meet again in Frankfurt for an amazing debrief and commissioning time at the end of the trip.
Totally Committed?
Participants should be prepared to take partner care, strategic prayer, financial resourcing, and on-site assistance seriously. During the debrief you will be asked to make a faith partnership commitment for your church. As leadership returns to the church, their passion and firsthand experience will lead the congregation to personal engagement that will make a difference in their church and in the Europe/Middle East Region.
Totally In is designed to relationally connect you with our Alliance workers and nationals in the Europe/ Middle East Region. For that and logistical/travel reasons, the trip is restricted to two people per church—the senior pastor (or a senior staff leader) and one lay leader. Together they should have decisionmaking authority regarding the development of a partnership from the church. The team will be selected following application screening in consultation with the Office of Ministry Partnership.
Pre-Trip Coaching
Pre-trip coaching will assist you in your journey toward partnership consideration in the Europe/ Middle East Region. You will have the opportunity to interact directly with an Alliance worker on the field and pray with your leadership team regarding the Field Vision or strategy, a partnership proposal, and other pertinent information concerning the two chosen fields prior to the trip.
Post-Trip Coaching
Post-trip coaching will be important as you seek to “live out” your partnership commitment. Your relationship will be a “direct connect” to Alliance workers on the field. Networking, learning from other churches doing partnerships, and attending partnership seminars will also assist in “building healthy partnerships.”

*Send in your $200 deposit now to reserve your spot. Airfare reservations must be made through Bob at Travel House, 1-800-809-0154, to assure common arrival time and group savings. Alert him you are with “C&MA TOTALLY IN — EUROPE/MIDDLE EAST.” A passport is required for the trip —apply immediately (be sure our passport is valid through 05-2010).
