Ken BaldesKenneth E. Baldes serves as treasurer for The Christian and Missionary Alliance and is vice president for the Division of Operations/Finance. In this position he is responsible for Finance, Employee Benefits, Technology Group, Facilities, and the Service Center. He also serves as the liaison between the C&MA and several supporting organizations.

Mr. Baldes received his B.S. in Business Administration from Houghton College in New York and an M.B.A. in Finance from Canisius College in Buffalo.

Formerly he was senior vice president for HSBC Bank USA and most recently was responsible for leading business optimization initiatives in the Operations Division. He has had almost 20 years experience in banking and financial services with proven skills in leadership, strategy, team building, change management, administration, and problem resolution. He has a broad business knowledge, including audit, financial management, operations, product management, business development, and risk management. His international business exposure includes Canada, Panama, England, India, and Hong Kong.

Mr. Baldes was a member of Kenmore Alliance Church in Tonawanda, New York, where he served as an elder, church treasurer and assistant treasurer, men's Sunday school class teacher, and small-group host. He is chairman of the Peace Ministries Board and periodically leads classes on biblical financial principles.

He is married to Christy and they have three children: Tyler, Kailie, and Jeremy. He has a passion to live a righteous, obedient life, to be a godly husband and father, a servant leader, and a desire to see this passed on to his children and others.
