Prayer Letter/Ministry Update

We have been back in the United States for six months now and have just completed touring many of our Minnesota churches. It was a privilege to connect with many people in these churches of our home district. Carol will be touring Southern CA in the winter and Al will be in North Caroline and Georgia.

Prayer Requests/Answers to Prayer

Both Carol and I will be touring in CA andNC and GA during the winter. Please pray with us that we will connect well with these churches and share our passion for the nations. We want to be able to share the great needs in France, but also be an encouragement to the churches here.

Please pray for our daughter Shelly who has been accepted into the apprentice program with the Alliance. She is beginning to raise money to spend two years in Guinea. That was where she grew up, but she left in 8th grade. She has a heart to return there and share Christ with the Guinean people.

Thank you for your prayers for Nadine and Katherine both who prayed to receive Christ right before we came back to the US. Carol met both of these ladies through her neighborhood contacts and through an exchange group in the city of Viroflay. Pray for these ladies during this year of home assignment for us, that Carol can maintain contact over the internet and phone and they will continue to grow in Christ.

Thanks also for praying for the churches in France. A few are trying to continue the leadership training in Al's absence but most are waiting for our return to continue the trainnig. Pray that God will raise up strong leaders in each of these churches.

Please pray for a field wide leadership conference in December in Spain. This conference will allow us to focus on the next five years and how we can move forward in France. Pray that God will bring a breakthrough in planting churches and raising up leaders in France. The evangelical church is growing but is still very small, less than 1% of the population know Jesus Christ.
