Phil and Kristin Stombaugh
Prayer Letter/Ministry Update
As we anticipate an August 2008 return to Guinea after our second Home Assignment in the Rocky Mountain District, we are excited to be returning to two new C&MA Susu Team couples. These families, currently learning the Susu language and culture, will round out our team to 6 members for which we are so grateful. Our daughter (Felicity who is 14) and our son (Trey who is 9) will return with us. Felicity will attend Dakar Academy in Dakar Senegal while Trey will attend the International School of Conakry. Pray for us as we seek how God wants to mobilize our team for maximum impact in reaching the Susu, including a new Youth Ministry initiative, for the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Phil will be involved in mentoring ministries, seeking to plant small cell groups in partnership with fellow Susu believers across Conakry, the capital of Guinea. Kristin will be working in neighborhood ministries with Susu women as well as a market ministry she has been involved in for several years. Pray for our ability to reach the Susu with the Gospel in our lives and words as we seek to culturally adapt the message of Jesus to this special yet lost Muslim Unreached People Group. Numbering one million, only abotu 150 claim to know Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord.
Will you join us as we seek to raise up an army of prayer warriors to carry the message of the love of God to these people? Against all odds we are getting it done in Guinea, West Africa and we count on your involvement to help us through! For personal contact, please email us at: philstombaugh@yahoo.com

Pray.
The Alliance believes wholeheartedly in the power and necessity of prayer. We cannot “Live the Call Together” unless prayer is central to all we do—as a denomination, as churches, and as individuals.
Give.
You can help build Christ’s Church around the world by donating online to the Great Commission Fund. This fund finances our missionaries, allowing them to focus on ministry rather than raising their own support.
Serve.
Is God calling you to full-time service? Do you want to experience missions firsthand by participating in a short-term missions trip? We want to help you connect your passion with God’s purpose.
