This is a part-time temporary position located at the National Office in Colorado Springs. In the performance of these duties, this position will support the overall mission of the C&MA as described below.


  • Prefer 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar job
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a related position with the C&MA preferred
  • Two years of college in related area preferred


  • Provides student services and responds to faculty and evaluator questions related to all Cluster Groups
  • Serves as the primary verifier of student records in the CMAllianceU learning management system database to ensure accurate registration, course enrollment, course completion, course evaluation, and graduation for the Ministry Studies programs; maintains the electronic and physical master files of correspondence, records, and resources
  • Provides transcripts in response to requests from students, churches, districts, and other institutions; analyzes transcripts received from other educational institutions and recommends potential course credits
  • Supports the Director for Ministry Studies by digitizing historical data for the Office of Ministry Studies
  • Compiles data and prepares quarterly statistical reports as requested
  • Assists supersite and program administrator with the coordination of financial matters
  • Provides occasional phone and front desk support when necessary for Ministry Studies

Accept and live in accordance with the C&MA Statement of Faith; and

Are an active member in a local evangelical Christian church; and

Accept and abide by the Policy on Alcohol and Marijuana Use; and

Accept and abide by the Statement on Sexuality
