Orchard Alliance, a subsidiary of The Christian and Missionary Alliance denomination (The Alliance), is seeking a full-time Office Manager. We are a nonprofit financial stewardship ministry that provides churches, individuals, families, and other like-minded organizations with a wide range of products and services.

The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Orchard Alliance’s office, including effectiveness, efficiency, safety, and professional appearance. This role requires an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats and is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks while able to work independently with little or no supervision. This position is one of trust and reliance with exposure to confidential information and time sensitive circumstances. The quality of work will reflect directly upon the manner that Orchard Alliance is perceived both internally and externally.

Duties Include:

  • Convey the values of Orchard Alliance at a high level and consistent with the brand.
  • Day-to-day operations of the office, including file systems, physical office environment, mailings, shipping, equipment, meeting logistics, and scheduling.
  • Coordination with vendors for planning and execution of IT equipment, layouts, and staff procedures.
  • Will be a key member of Orchard Alliance’s operations committee with other departmental leaders responsible for the organization’s operating practices and procedures.
  • Support the leadership team – organize and schedule meetings, events, and communications from the leadership team. Greet and host guests and interact with clients as needed.
  • Supervise the Office Services team.

Experience Required:

  • 5-years office manager experience
  • Supervision experience preferred

Education & Skills Required:

  • Associates in business or related field required; BA or BS degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization, planning, and relationship-building skills
