Tuesday morning a plane crashed into the home of Sanford Alliance Church members, Pete and Millie DeChant, in Sanford, Florida.
The couple’s daughter, 4-year-old Gabby, died instantly; their 10-year-old son was burned badly. He was rushed to the burn unit at the Shriner’s Hospital in Cincinnati.
Pete, the Sanford Alliance Church’s treasurer, is burned badly as well; he is at Orlando Regional Medical Center in critical condition. Millie was burned over 30 percent of her body.
Please pray for the family. Pastor Roger Thomas, a chaplain with the Sanford Police Department, and his wife, Bobby, also need prayer as they minister to the DeChants and the community in the wake of this tragic incident.
