By Todd and Debbie Adams, serving in Indonesia
Today we walked into the Ibele Valley to celebrate communion and the baptism of 10 people. One of them, Yorina, has been crippled since birth. She walks the trails on her hands and knees.
During her testimony she said, “I know my feet are crippled and I can’t walk, but Jesus saved my soul. I want to be obedient to the Lord and be baptized today.” The people sitting on the little mounds surrounding the pond started crying as she was helped into the water. Her witness spoke to all of us, and we anticipate the day that she will be whole.
