A recent showing of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe by Team Joshua, an Alliance youth outreach in Indonesia, had a profound impact. Aslan had died on the stone table in the place of Edmund, the traitor. Among the students watching the film, gasps of unbelief turned to thunderous applause when Aslan came back to life and defeated the White Witch. “Realizing that they were like Edmund, deserving to die for their sins, five young people received Jesus as their Savior. Praise the Lord with us for these new brothers and sisters in Christ!” writes Barry Jordan, whose ministry is made possible through generous giving to the Great Commission Fund.
