The Alliance Benefit Plan Celebrates its 19th Year of Fruitful Service

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — For nearly 20 years, God has been faithful in enabling The Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA) to provide comprehensive, quality, values-centered health coverage to its workers.*

With the uncertainties associated with the implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), The Alliance is blessed to maintain a policy—characterized by compassion, integrity and respect—that is PPACA compliant while providing its participants with access to quality care at affordable rates and exceptional customer support.

But beyond that, the C&MA Health Plan offers its members the assurance that they are participating in a plan that upholds the values of The Alliance:

Christ Our Healer—Whether through divine intervention or conventional medical treatment, C&MA Health Plan participants share a common belief that Jesus is the ultimate source of healing and are encouraged to seek Him first for physical, emotional, and spiritual wholeness.

The Sanctity of Life—Because the C&MA Health Plan is a church plan, it is exempt from the women’s preventative requirements (abortion and abortive drugs). Participants can rest assured that none of their health premiums will be applied to these services.

Worker Health—The health of its workers is of primary importance to The Alliance. The C&MA Health Plan seeks to ensure that participating workers, regardless of their location, have access to quality care.

Stewardship—Because of their commitment to divert the maximum amount of ministry funding to front-line ministry, the Alliance Benefits staff works tirelessly to ensure that highest quality care is provided at the lowest possible cost to both plan participants and the C&MA.
