Colorado Springs, Colo. – The Alliance Purchasing Program, launched at Council 2015, provides Alliance districts, churches, and supporting organizations with special, negotiated pricing on several products and services. We are pleased to announce that 8×8, a cloud-based business phone system, has become our newest partner in the program. After undergoing a thorough due-diligence process, the National Office selected 8×8 in 2017 to replace its outdated phone system. 8×8’s system is easy to implement and requires no on-site servers or T1 lines; in addition, 8X8 handles all maintenance. Each phone line provides access to a conference bridge, eliminating the need to pay separately for this service. 8×8’s Virtual Office app (Mac, PC, iOS, and Android) offers another updated means for users to stay connected.
