Colorado Springs, CO — The Orchard Foundation (Orchard) and The Alliance Development Fund (ADF) today announced plans to merge into a single organization with a new name.
For nearly six decades, Orchard and ADF have served the Kingdom as separate entities—Orchard through stewardship and planned-giving services and ADF through investment options and ministry loans. The two organizations have worked closely together for many years and share the same president, Larry McCooey. Soon they will become a single organization with a unified mission to equip God’s stewards for greater Kingdom impact.
“By bringing these two strong ministries together,” says Larry, “we can serve our customers more effectively and more efficiently. Most importantly, we believe that together we will have a greater impact on the Kingdom than ever before.”
The new, combined ministry will serve churches, individuals, families, and other like-minded organizations with a wide range of products and services from charitable gift annuities, donor-advised funds, trusts, and endowments to church financing, project advisement, and investment and retirement products.
The organization’s new name and logo will be revealed at a later date.
