Oswald J. Smith

Adapted from The Alliance Weekly and first published as a book in 1935. Oswald J. Smith (1889–1986) pastored the People’s Church in Toronto from 1928–1958; it funded more than 500 missionaries and national Christians each year under his leadership. He authored 35 books and wrote more than 1,200 hymns, poems and gospel songs.
