The Mountaintop Alliance Church is seeking an individual to serve in the role of Senior Pastor. In this role, he will oversee the Church ministries in the areas of Worship, vision and mission for the church, strategically and compassionately reaching the Mountaintop community and the surrounding communities for Jesus Christ. The senior pastor will work hand in hand with the church elected Board of Elders, (the Governing Board) in the general management and administration of the church’s business and the church’s property. A character that exhibits the qualities outlined in 1 Timothy 3: 1-7, Titus 1:6-9, and 1 Peter 5:2-4 ? A Christ like attitude of humility and servant leadership ? A strong desire to serve all ages of the church, a vision for the young and the children of the community. ? Hospital and shut in visits required as well as other visitations as needed. ? A lifestyle demonstrating consistent spiritual and moral characteristics that are in harmony with scriptures. ? A proven record of working well with others and a commitment to a team approach to ministry. ? Agreement with the Statement of Faith and the core values of the Mt top Alliance church. ? A commitment to personal accountability with and to the Elders. Professional The candidate must possess the required Credentials as listed or issued by the Christian and Missionary Alliance.
