Sam and Jennifer Stemple
Prayer Letter/Ministry Update
After 9 years of ministry at Black Forest Academy in Germany, we have come home for a year of Home Ministry Assignment (HMA). These past months have been a whirlwind for us, but God has been good and Faithful. We landed in, and are living in, Ohio. We have a house at Beulah Beach (a CMA camp), and so we have begun to adjust to life here. All our kids are going to a public school in the area and have made the transition well. This is all of their first year in an American school.
Sam has been out on his Spring Tour, which he has now completed. He made some great contacts while out and enjoyed interacting with the Churches. His time is over, so he is also enjoying being home. we will have some time together during the Thanksgiving and Christmas Seasons before he heads back on tour in January.
Jen has be busy setting up the home and trying to get involved with a ladies Bible Study in the area. With Sam being gone, life is busy as a "single mom", and she feels like she should charge a taxi fee for all the driving she does.
While we miss Germany and our friends at BFA, we are certainly Thankful to God for this year are for what He is allowing us to experience. We can definitely see His hand in all He is doing around us this year.
Thanks for Praying ... Continue to Pray!!

Prayer Requests/Answers to Prayer
Here are a few ways to continue to pray for us ...
1) Pray for the health of our kids. They have always been healthy kids, but this year in the states, they seem to be picking up a lot of the bugs that are out there. Pray for Health.
2) Pray for BFA and the spiritual life of the school. Pray for Lee Evans, who has stepped into the Chaplain's role while I am gone. Mission trips and HS Retreat are two big things he is planning and organizing right now.
3) Pray for Sam and Jen, that we will take advantage of the time we have to regroup and refresh in these days we have here in the states before ehading back to Germany next summer.

Pray.
The Alliance believes wholeheartedly in the power and necessity of prayer. We cannot “Live the Call Together” unless prayer is central to all we do—in our denomination, in our churches, and in our individual lives.
Give.
You can help build Christ’s Church around the world by donating online to the Great Commission Fund. This central funding vehicle allows our international workers to focus on ministry rather than raising financial support.
