Dear Friends,
The United Nations has a temporary office at the near-by hotel. They continue to travel to and work in Haiti. The other day I was meeting with women from the aerobics class--also at this near-by hotel's health club. We were talking about the Apostle Paul's letter to the Philippians. The women I have been meeting are from 13 different countries. Several are confessing His name following Him in discipleship. Paul reminds us that at Jesus' name every knee will bow and every tongue confess His lordship over all humankind. Whether from the United Nations or a smaller local group of women, all are or will confess Jesus as Lord.
Please pray for a women's renewal and evangelistic ministry planned for March 27. Pray that the Spirit would draw many to the Lord. Pray also for the planning details that go into it.
Please pray for Onesimo who needs opthamological attention and treatment in both eyes.
May God richly bless you with love and power from on high.
Bradley and Dorothy Jo Wood
P.S. Have you visited the new look of cmadominicanrepublic.org website? You could keep up with our team and become an active part of the ministry in this beautiful country.
We are grateful for the mail carrier ministry between Florida, Haiti and the DR, called "Agape Flights."
Emergency care has been taken to send supplies and people in and out of Haiti.

Prayer Requests/Answers to Prayer
Neighboring Haiti was hit January 12 with a 7.0 Richter scale earthquake. Just this a.m. another quake hit on the scale of 6.1. It is a nightmare of unprecedented measure. The CMA Dominican Mission team has an ad hoc committee to seek God's direction to know how best we can aid at this crucial hour.
Our Haitian friends daily tell us of their relatives and their medical conditions. Some are being treated here in the Dominican. Truck loads of survivers have crossed the border and being attended to at our hospitals.
A husband was on the cellular phone with his wife here in Santo Domingo. He and his employees are safe after witnessing first-hand falling buildings all around them. A friend's aunt died due to loss of blood after being rescued from her house's rubble.
We thank the Lord for trusted partners who work to bring relief and emergency aid. The response has been awesome.
The capital in which we live, Santo Domingo, felt the strong rumblings of the earthquake on January 12. Some local office buildings evacuated their employees to safety.
Thanks for praying!
Alliance Bible Institute -- please pray for our students and professors as classes are concluding for this trimester.
Brad continues to have good relations with the local police force and continues to be a witness for Jesus Christ to them. We had an evangelistic ministry in a marginalized neighborhood where a policeman lives. He recently led a policeman to Christ in prayer.
Please pray for our son Christopher and his family as they minister at Calvary Chapel Carson City.
Please pray for our son Patrick's ministry with the C&MA in Atlanta. Pray that the church "Rhythm" would grow numerically and in spiritual maturity, always in tune with God's heartbeat. Pray for God's blessings pouring down on them. Rhythum is growing in maturity and numbers. Pray for their College of Prayer ministry, part of a global network.
Thank you for praying!

Pray.
The Alliance believes wholeheartedly in the power and necessity of prayer. We cannot “Live the Call Together” unless prayer is central to all we do—as a denomination, as churches, and as individuals.
Give.
You can help build Christ’s Church around the world by donating online to the Great Commission Fund. This fund finances our missionaries, allowing them to focus on ministry rather than raising their own support.
Serve.
Is God calling you to full-time service? Do you want to experience missions firsthand by participating in a short-term missions trip? We want to help you connect your passion with God’s purpose.
